Demo :- Demo is given here for tiffin Service manegement and ideation But all the students have to prepare canvases for above case study 1 & 2 using this format All the students have to submit these two case study reports and canvas on or before 23rd november ,2014 to respective subject teacher.

CONSUMER: It is a
blessing for senior citizens staying alone. Due to illness, age or weakness,
they are unable to cook for themselves. In my neighbourhood,there is a one
uncle aged 85 years, who can’t do cooking or any daily household chores on
his own has taken help of such a tiffin service with has proved to be
beneficial for him.

HAPPY:
PROVIDER: When
the prizes of the raw material fluctuate in varying seasons, it is beneficial
to the providers in term of profit based earning. During the winter season,
it is observed that the prices of vegetables decrease drastically, but tiffin
prices do not move their marks.

SAD:
CONSUMER: Since the tiffin provider is fixed on contract
basis, it is observed that the quality deteriorates with time also customers
are not satisfied with the variety and choice of food in the tiffin. In laser
no. of deliveries in far off places, the delivery boy asks for extra charges,
which adds to the overall tiffin costs.

SAD:
TRANSPORTER: Overhead for transportation management has
to be bared by tiffin providers. With the fluctuation in prices of fuel,
there is not a need to always increase the tiffin prices. Also it is
infeasible to expand the business to remote areas.
